Along
with legal services of the highest quality, Panama Legal Bureau
also provides escrow services to parties involved in real estate
transactions in Panama. We act as an intermediary between the
buyer, the seller and other people invloved in the transaction
(brokers, lawyers, construction company, etc.). The process works
as follows: The buyer sends pyment to PLB who in turn disburse
payment to the seller and the other people who took part in the
transaction. We make sure that the rights of all the parties are
respected, and that no future claims will arise. As a result we
make sure that a legal investigation on the property is carried
on, a proper buy & sell contract is signed, and the property
tittle is transferred to the buyer. The result is that the buyer
acquires a property free of any lines or encumbrances, the seller
receives full payment and the rest of the parties involved also
receive his share.
